General Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully .
Interpretation
‘Buyer’ refers to the person (or their agent), whose order for goods is accepted by the seller.
‘Goods’ refers to the items which the seller is to supply, subject to their terms and condition.
‘Seller’ refers to The Bristol Coffee Company Ltd
‘Conditions’ refers to the terms and conditions of trading set out in this document..
‘Order’ means an order given written, orally or by way of all electronic means. and in any case given by the ‘Buyer’ or his/her authorised representative. Any recommendation or advice given by the ‘Seller’ or its employees or agents is acted upon entirely at the ‘Buyers’ risk and therefore, the ‘Seller’ shall not be held liable.
Delivery
We require a full delivery address including postcode and contact telephone number to ensure your order can be delivered. No responsibility can be accepted for late or non deliveries where an incorrect address is given. Delivery of ‘Goods’ is contracted out to a Third-Party carrier , no responsibility can be accepted for delays which occur whilst the ‘Goods’ are in the hands of the Third-Party. Damaged or missing items should be marked on the consignment sheet when the ‘Goods’ arrive and are signed for. Once 'Goods' are signed for as received and in good condition, we are unable to be responsible for any loss or damage. Any damage and /or missing items/cartons must be notified to the seller

Prices
The ‘Sellers’ price list, catalogues and quotations do not constitute offers by the ‘Seller’. The ‘Seller’ reserves the right to correct any error or omission from any typographical, written, clerical or other literature, quotation, price list, catalogue, invoice or other information issued without liability on the part of the ‘Seller’. All prices shown are strictly nett and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT (where applicable) and carriage.
Losses
The ‘Seller’ will not be responsible for loss of profits, revenue, contracts or wasted expenditure or any other consequential or indirect loss from when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of ‘Goods’ to you by the ‘Seller’, was formed.
Cancellation & Returns
Once an order has been accepted by the ‘Seller’, the order can only be cancelled with the ‘Sellers’ consent and the ‘Buyer’ shall be liable for any costs incurred by the ‘Seller’ with regard to the said order. Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped we can simply cancel the order. However, if you are in receipt of your goods, the ‘Buyer’ must arrange for the return of the ‘Goods’ at their own costs. The ‘Goods’ must be unused and unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 17.50% re-stocking fee to cover all costs. Refunds are given by credit or debit cards, orders paid for by cash or cheque will be refunded by Company Cheque.
Please Note: We will only issue a refund once the ‘Goods’ are returned to us and we have agreed that they are in a satisfactory resalable condition and have not been used
